All Coast Transporters services about 2,000 moves a year with a complaint ratio below 2%. Why do they have a C+? I don't see many complaints anywhere and they barely have any D.O.T. complaints. So again I ask why? By now you can figure out I am the owner of All Coast and have many questions as to why my rating is a C+. I try to service my customers the best I can. I give them a good service and with respect. I treat my drivers with respect and hold them to high standards. I've been in the business since 1994 and always swore if I was able to open my own company I would treat my customers and drivers better then my past companies (all of which were major van lines) treated others. Can someone please contact me (from the BBB) as to why I'm being discriminated against.

Thank you

Rick P.

Some quick info on BBB ratings in general since you asked: the rating a Better Business Bureau assigns a company is determined by a scoring algorithm that includes such elements as its type of business, length of time in business, compliance with competency licensing requirements, complaint volume, complaint history, seriousness of complaints, complaint response behavior, whether or not the business has committed to our standards, and our experience with the industry that the business is in (some are more problematic than others). Perhaps your company's total volume merits underwriting in a larger "weight class", which would help. I would contact the West Palm Beach BBB if I were you and be prepared to show documentation of your sales volume. A quick perusal of your report shows that length of time in business is one limiting factor and the number of complaints (22) is another (and this is the more heavily weighted factor). Our report shows the business has been operating since 2006, not 1994, so you could address this with your local BBB. Complaint generation risk and companies' resolution behaviors have been tracked and scored by BBBs across the nation for the past one hundred years. Our perspective and methods still stand the test of time and are an important and valid tool and benchmark for both consumers and businesses for evaluating marketplace interactions. Again, contact your local BBB and make your case. I see that you responded in a very professional manner to one of the reviews that was posted on your company. We do thank you for participating in our TrustLink forum.

Good day, I'm Michael B. and I would be the Trustlink/BBB rep for SE Florida. Please contact my office at 772-223-1429 and we will be more than happy to go over all of the information we have on your business and what we would be missing. As I always state, the more information we have on a business the better the rating they may have. Again please contact me at your earliest convenience and we will be more than happy to try and get this issue resolved.

Nikki,

Both PayPal, Inc. and eBay, Inc. are two separate entities and therefore have two separate BBB reports. I have attached eBay's report above for you to view and below is the link to PayPal's report.

You might think about using a transporter's services to make your move simpler. The coast transporters' services have been offering https://veepn.com/blog/how-to-avoid-bitcoin-scams/ for their clients first-rate services for a long time.
