My name is Verda and I contacted Nonprofit Alliance of Consumer Advocates to assist me in trying to collect the excess funds resulting from the foreclosure sale of my home. I was helped by Tiffany who provided the necessary paperwork and instructions to properly file a claim to the foreclosure trustee who in turn paid me my share of the proceeds thanks to Tiffany's help and the fees were reasonable.
