OMG This Is an absolutely horrible company
this company absolutely should not have an A rating with the better business bereau. They are rude, untimely and will stoop to the absolute lowest level in order to not pay a justifiable claiim. I am a customer of Alliance United and posses full coverage paying access of $198.00 dollars a month. I filed a claim on May 7 2012 . The appraiser came to the body shop on the 9th and since then no calls to update the status of my claim and when i do call its voicemail voicemail voicemail. I almost want to say that they are being instructed to act in a belligerent manner by higher ups because they all do it. needless to say there is something very fishy about this company and if we just keep complaining to the better business bereau in regards to their unproffessional and untimely practices and let prospective customers know about this deathtrap they wont be in business long.....Hopefully something gets done with my claim soon ...I wish the best to each of you who has had a forgettable experience with this company........Lets spread the word via blogs, better business beraeu,friends, colleagues,and put an end to this poor excuse of an insurance company.
