Armando Sanchez may pretend to offer a valuable private parking enforcement service in Albuquerque, but businesses should not be fooled into allowing him anywhere near your property. "Armando's" (note that this name is not a registered business or fictitious
name in the State of New Mexico) engages in predatory ambush booting that is unlawful throughout much of the country but sadly not yet Albuquerque, he has no business license, operates out of a UPS Store in Rio Rancho, and misrepresents ownership of property
he patrols in violation of city law. If you allow this individual to ply his trade on your property, prepare for a deluge of legal complaints, community antipathy and resentment, and fines for ordinance violations. Armando may boot trespassing vehicles in
your lot, but he's in this racket for himself alone...and YOU, the property owner or tenant, will be left with a mess. If you need to remove trespassing vehicles from your lot, contract with one of Albuquerque's responsible licensed towing companies instead.
