I purchased a Kodak Document Scanner from them in December, and it did take about 3 weeks for it to arrive. I can actually live with that. The part that really irritated me was that it was next to impossible to reach someone in Order Fullfilment to inquire. I kept having to reach them through different extensions. I did ultimately get my merchandise, so I do not feel cheated. However, I think that their mismanagement, delay and lack of service did not make the 20.00 savings a good choice.
