Hire Standards Pool Construction, Inc. has been our pool service, maintenance and cleaning vendor for the last 10 years. Not only is Steve Little, CEO/CFO/COO the premier vendor we've experienced during this time, he's set the "Standard" as far as we're concerned for anyone in the service industry throughout the Coachella Valley. He is the quintessential entrepreneur in that he continually seeks feedback from his clients, e.g. receiving monthly calls from Hire Standards staff to ascertain our satisfaction/dissatisfaction w/ Hire Standards service. NO ONE even comes close to his attention to detail and customer satisfaction. He is the most knowledgeable pool person in this Valley...bar none! In the two years prior to us hiring him and his Company, we went through no less than 5 pool vendors. He's been a Godsend!
