Hire Standards has been our pool service for more than a year. I find the entire staff to be very professional and friendly. They respond promptly to questions, assisting me with much needed "equipment education", and when necessary they have been available for additional technical help.
The owner, Steve Little, takes a very hands on approach to his business---he answers emails and calls quickly, and he even came to our home when we needed specific questions answered.
He is a man who wants happy customers, and puts in the effort not just to "sign us up", but to keep us.
