I had a really bad experience with this company service. Two of my three shirts were damaged when they laundered and they blamed me saying that I brought damaged shirts and they were not responsible for the damage and asked me to pay for the insurance evaluation and wouldn't take any responsibility at all. I think this is very comical that a company would blame a brand new customer for the mistake the company made and ask the customer to accept responsibility. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go this cleaners and they don't have any written procedure on how to handle a damage lost item. This is the worst experience I ever had with any company in terms of customer service as well as the product safety. Please don't fall for their advertisement on the fliers with all the credits from the daily breeze. I think Daily breeze has to closely review their problem handling methods before they give credit to them.
What they could have done better:
They could have listen to the customer instead of blaming
Work with us to come to a solution rather than telling me some imaginary stories about that i had an invisible chemical damage before I came to the store.
They could have offered me something middle ground to resolve the issue instead of asking me to spend 3 times the value of my shirts to pay upfront for evaluation.
Post some kind of written procedure on how they generally handle their complaints and how much it will cost the client upfront.
