HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!!!!! I've been coming to this dry cleaners for years and they've never lost any garmets. In mid Oct. they lost one of my sweaters and keep saying they'll pay for it but where's my check?? They are rude and obnoxious and keep sending me around in circles. Each time I come in they have a new excuse. Supposedly the owner lives in Houston. That's what I was told initially, and now I'm hearing Vail, CO. Plus they won't give me their owner's phone number which they are required to by law. There is def. something fishy going on there. Stay away! I will be taking them to small claims and suing for a lot more than the $108 cost of the sweater. I have also filed a claim with the Better Business Bureau. If you value your property find another dry cleaners.
