My complaint was taken seriously by CreditReport.com and they were willing to do the honest thing and refund the entire amount that I was billed. This is good customer service and I am very satisfied with the outcome. I ask that in the future the fee that is charged by CreditReport.com is made clearer to the consumer. Thank you for your consideration in this matter.
