Online ordering of service

I ordered online expecting 3 free credit reports, and only received one. I cancelled within 7 business days and was told I would not be charged. I found out 2 days later that I was charged the day I cancelled. I called again and requested a refund.
The personnel were all courteous. After a brief review they worked with me and resolved the matter to both our satisfaction.
