My issue was resolved. I signed up for the one week free trial for a credit report and free credit score with a donation of $1. I received the credit report and credit score with no problem however when I checked my account I realized I had been charged an additional $29.95. I spoke to a company representative and was told I must have clicked on a link that gave me all three credit bureau scores and needed to be charged the $29.95 as a result. My complaint was that no one could show me where it was that i may have accidently clicked and if it explained the $29.95 difference in price so I asked for a refund. I am still unsure of how the error occurred and I was billed in the first place but creditreport.com understood my problem and issued a full refund. I could do business with this company again.
