I have ordered and installed the ceiling tiles made by Decorative Ceiling Tiles, Inc. It is a fairly unique product with a unique set of installation requirements. I had a lot of questions regarding the style and quantity of tiles, the price and installation questions. The owner of the company, Milan Jara was very quick to answer all my questions. Milan is extremely knowledgeable and helpful with his product line. Milan answered all my questions and included me in future newletter/alerts of new products that have become available. I think it is rare to have an owner of a company take such an active interest in his customers.
