I recently re-financed my home this past Wednesday June 19, 2013 and had the pleasure of working with David Milo from Director's Financial Group. Now this isn't my first rodeo in re-financing ( I have re-financed 6 times in the last 20 years), but it was the FIRST TIME that my experience was painless and I received real customer service. Now I was expecting the process to be frustrating,like my previous experiences; never hearing from the banker on whats going on, never having my phone calls returned etc., but for the first time ever it was not. David kept in contact with me every day either by phone or email, just to keep me in the loop on where my paperwork was and what the next step was going to be (gee, what a concept). I was extremely surprised that a Mortgage Banker was helpful, professional, courteous and offered GREAT customer service!!! If you are tired of the Mortgage re-financing or financing run around by bankers who really don't care and have no clue what customer service is, if you desire a process that is "painless" then I HIGHLY recommend Director's Financial Group Senior Banker DAVID MILO.
