This is a cautionary statement about the consequences of trusting shoddy companies, and how they can wreak havoc on your business. Our company recently placed a $20k order for promotional mugs with this company because their prices appeared unbeatable! Shipping was supposed to be around 800$, so it all seemed very reasonable until we realized what happened: The wrong logo got sent in our shipment - not even close! Upon contacting them to make the situation right for us, they offered us a $75 credit for their store along with 108 mugs. This is after we spent up to $28,000 with their company. This is not any kind of refund, and it’s not remotely a way to make the situation right on their end. THIS IS A REFUSAL TO HELP. Do not do business with them. THEY WILL TAKE AND RUN WITH YOUR MONEY!
