SCAMMERS!!!!! SHAWN G SCAMMED MY PARENTS!!!! Said their company would be able to modify their loan rate to 3% reduce principal balance based off new market value. Knowing that this is a rental property It was hard for me to believe that this could be done but he guaranteed it will be done! 90 days almost gone bye and Citi group still has not received our file for modification and it turns out that Citi group is not doing modifications on rentals and never has in the past!!! GREAT!!!!!! I have filed a complaint with the attorney general of FL since there is a open investigation ongoing!
