Awful customer service!

I placed an order on April 1. They cancelled it because the product was discontinued and never told me.
I waited and waited. Then I had to call and leave messages 3 times, as well as email twice. Finally got someone on the phone 16 days later!!
My rep was Kevin Hudson. I suggest finding another company!
