I had a very positive experience working with Timo Ketola from 310 Properties. The process of a short sale was very stressful and Timo worked diligently on my property. Timo kept in constant communication with me and was there every step of the way through out the entire process. When the short sale was finally approved, it felt like a huge weight was lifted off my chest. I would definitely recommend 310 properties to any individual in the same situation I was.
