It was obvious to me that we needed some help and that ended up being GR. We were stretched to thin and needed to bring in more help but had no real idea in how to allocate it. The first thing they did was sit us down and help us come up with an organizational chart and figure out exactly where the problems were. We ended up bringing four new hires to help take some of the busy work and other mundane tasks that were bogging down our project managers. This was a huge step in the right direction and we owe it to GR.
