Great place to get your musical instrument

I placed an order for a Yamaha YTS-62IIIS Tenor Saxophone with InstrumentalSavings on May 7 at 6:19PM. While on-line, I was chatting with a sales rep and next thing I know, I received a call back from the company. The order was placed with the person on
the phone, Nathan Nguyen. He was extremely helpful and an email was followed up from this order. He informed me the order will be shipped from Yamaha and it will take until end of May for me to receive. I followed up with additional information to let him
know that the Saxophone is for my daughter and she has a concert on the 30th of May and we were hoping to get the instrument a few days ahead so she could have some time to practice and get used to it. His response is that he will try to get it to us as soon
as possible. To our surprise, the saxophone arrived on May 17th, only 10 days after placing the order. Incidentally, it was a day before my daughter's birthday. So, this surprise was doubly enjoyed as a birthday present for her and with more than sufficient
time for her to have a lesson and practice prior to the concert. The sales staff was extremely helpful and communicated with us throughout the purchase process. The reason we picked this company in the first place is on top of the equivalent price for the
instrument, this order came with the Yamaha promotion of $100 rebate and a free Yamaha Headset that retails for $299. We got an expedited shipment and added monetary savings. The same was not offered on other sites we visited prior to making this decision.
We will be dealing with instrumentalsavings in the future whenever we have the need to purchase additional music instruments they have to offer.
