Couldn't be happier with this company. Their service and the quality of the products they carry are first-rate. Initially, I placed the order for my new flute completely online. I wasn't aware that the flute was on backorder. A few days later, I received a call from the company--informing me of the backorder and that it might take 2-4 weeks to receive the flute. Unfortunately, I had to cancel the order. Then, another day or two later, the company called back and informed me that the manufacturer had made a mistake and my desired flute was, in fact, in stock. The rep asked my permission to reinstate the order (and I authorized the purchase through an online payment system.) The rep then told me that he would ask the manufacturer to pay for expedited shipping since there was some initial confusion. Seemed fair to me and I agreed to everything. After the flute arrived, I was elated. It is a very high quality flute (with high quality accessories). I will not hesitate to do business with them again in the future.
