Had many problems with Chinese-made Hohner Bravo accordion starting at the 50th day of ownership. Instrumental Savings had a good price but would not exchange, return, or fix, so I had to send back to Hohner and was without an accordion to play for three weeks. Some dealers get the product, inspect it, make any adjustments, then include a 3 year warranty. Instrumental doesn't handle this at all, so all you have is 90 day factory warranty. I'd rather pay a bit more at a regular dealer and be satisfied. The owner, Nathan Nguyen, should concentrate on making customers happy. I would recommend he guarantee the product at least up to the factory warranty and happily exchange it...not necessarily a refund. Their lack of support of the product would keep my from buying there again.
