DO NOT buy from this company! They sell broken instruments and claim they are new! refuse to give you back your money and insist you spend your money to send back for "repair" only to send you back the instrument untouched! Then guarantee they will send you a BRAND new one to replace it, only to send another USED instrument that is broken and worthless! I have tried to resolve this by just getting my original money spent back, rather than everything I have spent including $50 in shipping and another $130 plus in rental fees to rent a PLAYABLE instrument for my daughter to have SOMETHING TO PLAY! The OWNER Nathen Nguyen is NEVER there and no one there has any authority to help their customers, other then to just tell you, you are S.O.L. and they have a warranty if you want to pay to ship it back again, so they can send you another broken or used instrument in it's place!
THEN come to find out these flutes sell for $99 all day long and I paid "INSTRUMENTAL SAVINGS" $180. Some savings! So far it's almost $400 on a $99 flute that has been literally played for 1 month! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! They are a scam!

We are disappointed to read this review because it is an assessment missing information from our side. With that said, we do everything within our power to take care of the customer fairly and within the policies of our company. We have the foundation of a solid customer base and good reviews to back that up.
Unfortunately, there are times when things do not go smoothly and the customer becomes upset. In the end, we welcome all forms of feedback, whether it be positive or negative. And we will continue to do our best for our customers.
