I recently had a rather arcane question about a violin that Instrumental Savings is promoting. I emailed several questions and David answered promptly and thoroughly. This led to one more questions and David called the maker and responded in detail, again very promptly.
All this service was without the promise of a sale, entirely. I can't imagine how good their service must be if they have the clear prospect of a sale!
