Don't waste your precious time, money, and peace of mind with this firm. They will only give you headaches, nuisance and hatred. Everyone is very nice before they get your business...but once they have it...they'll have you by the scrotum. They will give you the run around, your calls will be answered from one unknowledgeable person to another. They will charge you with unrendered services, and don't expect to get a full refund, if you're lucky enough to get one. They will make up charges so as to keep most of your money. It takes months to get a refund. They'll give you the run around and finally give you a lame excuse that it'll be processed, then it'll take them months to process, and until you are upset and state that you will report them will they do it. They have poor customer service from D. Block himself and especially the office manager who is worse, stating not to call back or else they will not process it. They will threaten, intimidate, degrade and insult you. Your case is passed from an unknowledgeable lawyer to another, which damages you case. They have to look at their law books for reference, inferring they don't really know their field. One lawyer will question another lawyer's charges....and this is in the same law firm. When you go to court you will be assigned another lawyer who you don't know and didn't know about, and in return, they don't know they were assigned to you and they don't know who you are either. I had to consult another lawyer just to get a refund from this firm, which they did not want to issue and only issue half because the made up other charges. My new lawyer told me that this firm has a notorious reputation for ripping people off. I'm reporting these guys to the state bar. Look at the BBB rating for this firm, there is a reason they got an F!
