ATTENTION: Please note that Legacy Motor Cars is a joke and a scheme to ROB you of your vehicle. This company has not been truthful and has not intended to help me out in any way shape or form. I kinda thought that it was to good to be true when I first got the email from them outlining the "Peace of Mind Payment Guarantee" that's a joke. I have pasted the exact verbiage that was sent to me to hook me in the initial email from "Legacy Motors" below and please note that they have accomplished NOTHING GOOD on my behalf. I have no clue as to were my car currently is and I have reported it to the LA CO Sheriff Dept as a stolen vehicle...

Here are some specific details of how Legacy Motorcars ("LMC") manages your vehicle:

*LMC legally contracts with you, the original owner, to find a pre-screened and qualified buyer with verified sufficient income to make payments in either cashier's check or money order, made out in the name of your finance company, and sent in before the monthly payment due date.

*LMC guarantees that all payments and required auto insurance premiums are made on time regardless of the performance of the buyer for the duration of the lease or loan - this makes Legacy Motorcars unique in our industry. All matters will be rectified within 48 hours or less and any outstanding payments made. This is your assurance that not only are your vehicle and financial interests protected, but also your credit rating may actually be improved since all monthly payments are made on time for the duration of the lease or loan.

*LMC verifies that the buyer is financially responsible for comprehensive insurance coverage for the vehicle. The buyer agrees to provide protection against serious financial loss should damage to the vehicle occur and understands that LMC requires that the vehicle be continuously covered by insurance against the risk of fire, theft and collision, and that failure to provide such insurance or to maintain it continuously in force during the entire term of the lease or loan, gives the original owner and LMC the right to terminate the Use Agreement and to immediately repossess the vehicle without notice. The buyer's insurance policy must contain the loss payable endorsements indicated, including naming the original owner as an additional insured party. In addition, the buyer agrees to provide immediate written notice to the original owner of any change in policy or carrier during the term of the lease or loan.

*A "Notice of Transfer and Release of Liability Form" (DMV REG 138) is sent to the Department of Motor Vehicles to release and indemnify you, the original owner, from all liability regarding the use of the vehicle by the buyer.

*LMC maintains mileage reports and maintenance records on your vehicle, copies of which are available to you. We also perform periodic physical inspections to oversee that all terms and conditions, including mileage restrictions, are being met and that your vehicle is being carefully driven and properly maintained.

*Our goal at LMC is total customer service and satisfaction. Our intention is that you enter a worry-free and trouble-free arrangement while protecting your investment and credit.

100% CLIENT SATISFACTION GUARANTEE: There is absolutely NO COST to the original owner to put your vehicle into our Program and there are NO OBLIGATIONS whatsoever on your part until your vehicle is placed.

Legacy Motorcars obtains all the necessary information from you and the buyer and have the necessary lease or loan documents prepared and executed by you and the new buyer and also verify the new buyer's insurance coverage for your vehicle. You simply provide the necessary information, sign the documents and turn over the vehicle. LMC works closely with you during this time to answer any of your questions as well as providing you copies of all documents.

Seth Davis was the fake customer service rep whom I dealt with mostly via email and 3 or 4 phone conversations. Now that they have my car I cant even get a hold of anybody. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS!!!! BAD FOR CALIFORNIA AND BAD FOR HUMAN NATURE!!! I HOPE THAT WHAT COMES AROUD WILL SOON GO BACK AROUND..
