I have used them several times over the years never any problem,but NOW I am selling our stock to another company I talked to them they walked me through the bylaws and resolutions, he even found everything with the filing of shares with state,I was so happy since i had a meting in 2 days,I pd extra for faster service it said 1 day express,but thet only means after its done!!! He told me I will recieve a copy next day in e mail a digital form ,WELL I GUESS NOT TRUE,SAID I HAD A 4 HR WAIT AND COULDN'T EVEN LEAVE MY NUMBER FOR CALL BACK
so I did chat he was working from home and can't help!!
