The owner walter Solo has no respects for tenant rights. Thoroughly unprofessional, untimely and rude. Multiple times has thrown away items in a common area when they were clearly not trash. Enters without notice. And has painted using nauseating chemicals without notice. The smell lingered in our hall making us sick for over a week.
