Business practices are terrible. This dealer sells cars that are not mechanically checked out before being sold. He does not register the car w/ the county tax collector promptly and hands out numerous temp tags.
If the cars are returned for being mechanically unsound, he lies to the customers and says that things are fixed but they clearly are not based on subsequent diagnostic reports on the vehicle in question. Then he hands the customers a bill for the "repairs". If a car is returned to this dealer because it is unsafe to be driven (based on actual driving experiences and diagnostic reports from licensed mechanics), he doesn't offer any trade possibility, making the buyer responsible for renting a vehicle.
This dealer does not return calls unless he is going to make a dollar and has very unscrupulous practices. I would tell anyone considering this dealer to stay away.
