I bought Groupon and scheduled an appointment via website 3 weeks in advance. She canceled my appointment via text the morning of my massage. She rescheduled me for the next day. Now I received confirmation emails stating when my appointment is scheduled. I arrive 3 minutes late. Yes 3 minutes because I had never gone there and was at the building next door. I texted her asking if she was next to the cousins and then named the location Spa I was at. No reply. I arrived at her door at 3 minutes late and she sent me notification that my appointment was canceled due to "no show". That is a complete LIE. I was there. She said it was protocol to cancel me because I was late. This is BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! The worst part is she texted me stating I wouldn't be charged and my groupon was not charged either. HOWEVER, she had the audacity to charge my credit card $30.00 for "no show". This is a unethical code of conduct and business.
After reading many reviews...this is a common occurrence with her. She takes peoples money and never performs the service. The BBB will be investigating her.
