I ordered a bike from this company for my son's birthday which on the web site said it was in stock ... I received a call back from a male who then told me that I would need to change the model because they do not have any. When I tried to ask questions about why they would have already charged my card - h3e then told me he was cancelling my order and not to ever call them back and that if I did he would call the police and report me for harassment because he had refused my service!!! WHAT?? I asked to speak to a supervisor he then mocked me and said I want to speak with a supervisor and then HUNG UP IN MY FACE! I called back and spoke with a lady he was just as rude and told me that there was no need for me to call them, as my order had been cancelled and I was no longer their customer. I have never experienced worse service in my life! **********DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY*************
