We used this construction company to install hardwood floors, take down a wall, and remodel our kitchen. Their work was done in a sporadic fashion, with a three to four week job lasting almost three months. Their work was of poor quality, with little attention to detail. Corrections to obviously sloppy work were only performed if it was brought to the company's attention. The owner, Erich Leatham was hardly every on site; and never seemed to be available to answer our phone calls in a timely manner. After their work was done, we had to get a roofing specialist because of concerns of water leaking from our bathroom ceiling due to paint peeling off the ceiling after it was freshly painted, and needed a plumber to fix the leaking kitchen sink because the garbage disposal was not installed properly. In addition, much more repainting needs to be done over a number of areas. On top of all that, we were presented with a whopping bill which was almost triple the amount of the outstanding balance of our contracted price for service (as an example - we were charged more than $500 for three under the counter LED kitchen cabinet lights).
