I can't believe I have to join 'Trustlink' to file a Better Business complaint in the state of Florida. That is so sad.
My experience:
The Napleton car dealership on Narthlake sold me a used car last year that not only had major engine and cooling problems, but they also threw in a 500 dollar gas card to close the deal.
I have paid to get the car repaired, after I took it back there and they said nothing was wrong with it. I have work orders showing there was plenty wrong with the car. They just wouldn't fix it.
As far as the gas card goes, I still have yet to get any money back from my receipts sent in to the 'gas card redemption' company. That was almost a year ago. And after reading about these companies online, I don't expect to. So much for the '500 dollar gas card'.
I must assume that Napleton of Northlake knows that these gas redemption cards are a scam, yet they pushed one on me to close the car sell. Making them part of the scam.
Don't ever buy a car from Napleton.
