Do not do business with NALN. I refinanced through them and got my payments set up w/ a new lender. The problem is that NALN never paid off my car from the other finance company. After NUMEROUS calls to NALN and someone named Michelle I was told it was a mistake and they'd pay it off. Two months later and my car isn't paid off and I just got a NOTICE OF INTENT TO REPOSSESS.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL REGRET IT.
