I have known Dave, the owner, for about 7 years. He is full of integrity and really does what he says, in terms of helping people doing a Los Angeles Short Sale on their properties.
He is very good at communicating with you about exactly what is going on.
He doesn't have a hidden agenda. He is very out in the open and tells you straight what is going on, in a nice way.
He really wants to help people, and you can tell.
If you are behind on your payments, I hope you call Dave at Noah's Ark Properties because he can tell you if he can help you out or not and wno't give you the run-around like the banks always do.
