Rooter Time recently service my elderly mom's household. The appointment called for an "estimate" on a certain date and the owner showed up a day late. Then he began working right away without asking for permission! What happened to the estimate?
The advertisement which is prominently displayed on the cover of the
Camarillo City Directory shows a license #755474. I researched this number and it shows it as SUSPENDED.
Lonnie Jimenez, the owner, sold my mom a garbage disposal for $250 since he convinced her she needed it for the kitchen plumbing to work properly.
Then the invoice stated $750 while her check he requested was for $950.
Is he understating his invoices for his taxes??
My mom also stated he was rude and uncooperative. He took advantage of my
elderly mom and I wouldn't recommend his work to anyone else.
