I will first off say,If you have a choice, choose another imaging company before you use this one.I can say the people doing the imaging are nice.The service on getting your imaging in a timely manner is horrible.I can aslo say customer service is just out the window.There is no concern for the people that are worried about whats going on inside of our bodies.I received imaging on 03/30/2010.Todays date is 04/12/2010 I have still not received my results and no explanation of why or which doctor has them.I was told it would take 3 to 4 days to read my imaging.It is now 14 days and I have not received my results.I called and they tell me the doctor is reading them now.They say my doctor will have them by the end of the day.Im not sure which day they are talking about.I aslo called the manager and he was not helpful at all.I asked him why they haven't been read and he couldn't answer.I asked him which doctor had my imaging and he had no answer,He just said that they have 9 doctors reading the imaging.So I again asked him which doctor had them and again he said he didn't know.I can say if I was Manager I would know what was going on in the company I was in managing DUH! I can again if you have a choice dont use (Signet Diagnostic) your best bet would be to go to the hospital and have your imaging done.You can get your result extremely fast.
