Swoopo is a very fine company. Their customer service is very friendly and understanding. For example, I have experienced some issues with the website which caused me to lose out on some bids, (my wi-fi might have dropped me.) I emailed them to voice my concern about it, not really expecting much than an apology. However, they emailed me back with an apology, plus more! They apologized and I felt that they were really understanding with my situation and really felt for me. They explained to me some reasons for my concerns and gave me my bids back! I am very grateful to have such a understanding staff at this company. Not to mention that I am able to get gadgets for cheap! Thanks Swoopo and their friendly customer service! I had a great experience!
