I brought in a cream colored jacket with some minor dirt marks on the sleeves. The jacket was returned with some of the dirt removed and new stains added! After a second cleaning these stains were removed, but a new set had appeared. The clerk took the jacket to the back, did a quick attempt at removing the stains and then brought the jacket back to me – with the stains still intact. A third cleaning was just a continuation of the problem: previous stains removed; new stains appearing. I can’t understand how a dry cleaner can add stains to a garment. This is unacceptable. Also, the manager or owner refused to hear my complaint, refused to offer any compensation or even a refund.I will not return.
