I had a terrible experience with the Auto Gallery. I complained but to no avail. I also filed a report with the BBB, but evidently that doesn't help either (still no response).
They sold me a car and didn't disclose it had a $1,000 flaw that needed to be repaired. As a used car, the issue was not covered under waranty.
They obviously had shoddy initial inspection, and I wasn't smart enough to check EVERYTHING when I test drove it. I assumed the features they advertised actually worked.
They didn't return the 14 calls I made or the letter I wrote.
If this isn't an example of poor service, I'm not sure what is.
