THE ORIGINAL PROBLEM WITH THE CAR WAS A TIMING BELT BREAK. THE MECHANIC (STEVE) ASSURED ME HE COULD FIX THE ISSUE AS WELL AS REPLACE A VALVE COVER GASKET. THE ISSUE AROUSE WHEN I NOTICED A OIL LEAK ON THE ENGINE BLOCK THAT TO BE REMOVED IN ORDER TO GET TO THE TIMING BELT. NOW THAT HE ALREADY HAS MY MONEY HE IS NOT TAKING ME SERIOUSLY AT ALL. EVERYDAY I GO TO CHECK ON THE CAR HE ALWAYS SAYS I'M GONNA LOOK AT IT TOMORROW. (THIS WENT ON FOR WEEKS) THE PRICE I PAID FOR THE ABOVE REPAIR IS $636.35 WHICH SHOULD MORE THAN COVER THE MECHANIC STOPPING THE OIL LEAK, NOT TO MENTION I ASKED HIM TO DO SOME OTHE MINOR REPAIRS WHICH I WOULD HAVE BEEN MORE THAN GLAD TO PAY FOR BUT THOSE WEREN'T TOUCHED EITHER. THIS BOILS DOWN TO THE MOWER SHOP AND ITS EMPLOYEES NOT HAVING ANY INTEGRITY AND NOT OFFERING WARRANTY FOR THEIR SERVICES. THIS ONE OF MY TWO CARS THAT I RELY TO DRIVE TO AND FROM WORK AND DRIVE MY CHILDREN AROUND IN SO I NEED MY CARS TO BE IN TIP TOP SHAPE AT ALL TIMES. WHAT THE MECHANIC FAILS TO REALIZE IS THAT I LIVE REALLY CLOSE TO THE SHOP AND I CAN MONITOR THE PROGRESS OF MY CAR VS OTHER CARS BEING DRIVEN IN. I NOTICED THE EVERYDAY MY CAR WOULD GET PUSHED OFF TO THE SIDE AND OTHER VEHICLES WOULD GET PUT IN FRONT OF MY CAR. THIS IS UN-ACCEPTABLE BUSINESS PRACTICE. I WORK IN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE INDUSTRY AS A SUPERVISOR FOR GRAINGER INDUSTRIAL SUPPLY, WHICH IS A VERY LARGE COMPANY WHO VALUES ON ETHICS, INTEGRITY, AND CUSTOMER SATIFACTION, AND I WAS NOT GIVEN THAT RESPECT
