i saw an ad online for a car they had for sale, i filled out their form asking for some more information, got an email back to call them, i am 70% deaf it is difficult to talk through a captioning service but i called anyway and explained to the person that it would be better if they could email me because of my hearing problem
ken b who answered the phone wanted to make sure we had agreed on price before he would "jump through any hoops for me", hmm, i ask him 4 basic questions about the car....
like tire wear amount- because i have to pick the car up and drive it 1500 miles
a question about the transmission they said was under warranty, etc
i told him i did not even know if i was interested in the car yet until he answers my questions and he proceeds to tell me to flip out on me, tells me to go myself and hangs up on me
wow, interesting experience and something seems way off here
now seeing the other reviews very glad i did not buy a car from them
