I bought a car from Bryan and US Auto LTD. Byran/miamibeachcollection which has 100% positive feedback on ebay. His feedback % is not real because he doesn't go through ebay to complete many of the sales of cars he sells. The car was described as flawless.
The car has a rebuilt title. I found out afterwards that the state of FL only does a walk around inspection before issuing rebuilt titles...no recourse if the car is unsafe. I found out after purchasing the car that it is unsafe to drive: it has stuffed airbags,
a bent frame, broken welds on the engine cradle, needed a front brake job, he put shims in a rear spring so the car would sit level. The cost to repair the front end with used parts is over $9000. To redo the exterior body work another $1800. I already put
$1000 into it repairing the brakes, replacing a couple of wheels, buying another key. These guys are rip off artists/scammers. I recommend not buying a car from them. If you do want to buy a car from them definitely have an independent shop thoroughly check
it out first. It is a felony to 'knowingly' sell a car without airbags or with stuffed airbags. I believe they are guilty of a felony... and they are guilty of unfair and deceptive business practices. I was a fool to be so trusting...buyer beware!
