After trying to do this on my own and getting nowhere with Bank of America for months I decided to try the help of a proffessional. US Mortgage Funding did exactly what they said they would do for me. They were upfront and honest from the beginning and I am very happy with the overall job they did. I paid them $2300 and had my monthly payments reduced $618.27 per month and my interest rate was taken down to 3.8%. Maybe the biggest thing was that the 5 months I was behind were put to the end of my loan. Bank of America made it seem like I had no options or choices and would have to give them all the money I owed at once, but US Mortgage Funding provided me with a different and much more realistic option which gave my family the relief we so desperately needed.
