BAIT AND SWITCH-DOES NOT HONOR THEIR PRICE AND ORDERS

"BAIT AND SWITCH. I intend to notify the CA Attorney General Consumer Fraud Division, Google and the BBB regarding how this retailer operates! Bottom line is I completed an order with Valley Seek last evening through GOOGLE. I made the credit card purchase and received order confirmation from GOOGLE and Valley Seek for the specified item at the agreed to price; I copied in PDF format the entire business transaction and intend to furnish this information to the proper authorities. This morning I received an email from Valley Seek that my order has been canceled. Background here is that the price that Valley Seek offered the item at was the absolute best price I found doing my internet search of retailers. I suspect this retailer decided he was no longer going to sell the item at his advertised price. In legal terms this was a breach of contract since an order had been placed and accepted by the retailer. DO NOT BUY from this retailer unless you want a retailer that practices bait and switch and will not honor their orders!"
