My husband and I were late on our mortgage for over 8 months. My husband had contacted City hundreds of times with no avail, getting transfered to debt collectors, people from India, they didn't have a clue. My husband then contacted Vanguard, who was referred by a friend. Our payment was cut by a little under two thirds. What a wonderful gift it was, it saved our family and emotional health. We cannot thank Vanguard enough, with so many scam companies out there, it was pleasant dealing with the whole team, we were always able to reach them. Thank you so much Vanguard and we would recommend them to anyone seeking a loan modification.
