Buyer Beware- Quality work yes…But be sure you put a clause in the contract that for everyday after the promised finish date $200. off per day. Be careful, we gave him money and he used it to finish other pools, leaving ours un worked on, because he didn't have any money.
Make sure you are clear on what constitutes finished, be clear, is it when the water is in the pool, or when everything is complete??!! We paid for a salt system we never got. "Put everything in writing in the contract." If you want Caps on your walls, you better make sure it is in the contract. Thank goodness we put a $100. a day clause in the contract. They were 25 days late, and we still don’t have our Salt System.
