I am in the process of a loan modification with William D. Goodrich, Attorney at Law as well. I admit the process is taking several months and I have not had ANY communication from the attorney except for payment options...I am a bit skeptical myself so I emailed my mortgage company last week and received their reply:
Dear Customer:
Thank you for your recent inquiry regarding your modification request. According to our records your loan is under review for a modification.
I was sent a letter from my mortgage company in the mail asking for bank statements in connection to the loan modification. As far as I know, the modification process is taking place. If anything negative occurs, I will definitely post it. Please stand by...
