I have been using these for just a couple of weeks. I must say they are good flavored and like the idea no more outside to stand to smoke. Well worth the purchase. I believe with these i will stop smoking cigarettes. I have health issues that smoking cigarettes
doesn't help. So with these I feel good about being able to quit.
